Acer Iconia Tab A110 spotted once again, this time running Jelly Bean

We first saw the Acer Iconia Tab A110 couple of months ago in June. Back then it seemed like a really good tablet for the $200 price tag but we haven’t heard from it since, especially after the launch of the Nexus 7.

Now it has surfaced again, this time courtesy of an online UK retailer Ebuyer. What’s more important is that now it seems to be running on Jelly Bean.

The images show a striking resemblance to the Nexus 7 UI, down to the placement of the keys below the display and the notification bar on the top, something that you will find only on the Nexus 7 in the Android tablet world. Not that it’s a bad thing.

Other specs remain the same as before. You still get a quad-core, 1.2GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 7-inch, 1024 x 600 resolution display, 8GB internal memory with microSD card slot and HDMI out. There is no mention of the price this time but hopefully Acer will stick to the sub-$200 price tag that they previously promised.

Samsung Galaxy S III leaks again hours before the announcement

This is becoming the iPhone all over again. Yet another Galaxy S III unit has escaped the Samsung R&D center and posed for some pictures. There aren't any specs to go with the photos, but those should be finally confirmed in a few hours.

The Samsung Galaxy S III

The device is running on Android 4.0.4 ICS, the ROM version is from April and the build is specifically for Brazil.

Sammobile's tipster also says there might be another device showcased at the event in London tonight. It's supposed to be carrying the model number I9800, but thats all the info about it we got. We'd certainly advise you to take this rumor with a pinch of salt, though.

The Samsung UNPACKED event kicks off in less than 10 hours now and we'll be covering it live for you, so stay tuned.

Samsung Galaxy S3 photo leaks, yes, again

It's time for today's "photo of the Samsung Galaxy S3" leak - these seem to occur more and more often as we come closer to May 3, when Samsung's Unpacked event will finally settle things one and for all.

The leaked photo in question (the one on the left) shows a device with a hardware home button with two capacitive keys on its sides (menu and back). You can see the volume rocker on the left and the power/lock key on the right - basically, the standard Samsung arrangement.

Note: the middle and right photos come from previous leaks.

The newly leaked photo is the one on the left

The screen is off, so there's no way to tell if the device uses the on-screen buttons that we've seen in previous leaks. But it does look an awful lot like the sketch in the alleged leaked manual. And the bezel is very thin - as it would need to be with the rumored 4.6-4.8" screen.
